B PFG structure
The B PFG (B Professional Football Group) is split into West and East Divisions. The winner of each division is automatically promoted to the A PFG (A Professional Football Group).
2010/11 season B PFG play-offs
* The third promotion place is decided by a play-off between B PFG West & East teams.
The winner of this will then play the 14th team from the A PFG, for the last A PFG place.

‡ PFC Chernomorets Pomorie would have been promoted to the A PFG, but did not received a license for 2011/12 season, consequently Vidima-Rakovski took their place.
More complications
‡ ‡ PFC Pirin Blagoevgrad suffered financial difficulties, so were relegated from the A PFG. Their place was taken by PFC Svetkavitsa, who had finished 4th in the B PFG East. They beat FC Etar (3rd in B PFG West) 3-1 in a play-off.
