Note on the two Bohemians
The original Bohemians Praha were founded as AFK Vršovice in 1905. They changed their name to AFK Bohemians in 1927 and have had variations of the Bohemians name over the years. The club was relegated to the Czech third division due to financial insolvency in 2005. This club now goes by the name Bohemians 1905.
FC Střížkov Praha 9 bought the name and logos of Bohemians Praha in 2005.
Consequently there are two Bohemians in Prague with virtually the same green and white striped shirts and kangaroo logo. The issue may have been resolved according to an article on the Bohemians 1905 wesite, but the official First Liga site still refers to them as Bohemians 1905 and Bohemians Praha.
‡ Late in the season Bohemians Praha refused to play the original Bohemians, now known as Bohemians 1905. They had also accused SK Sigma Olomouc of an unsubstantiated bribary claim from the season before. Consequently they were deducted 20 points by the Czech FA. Justice? I think so.
Czech domestic cup notes
The Ceský Pohár (Czech Cup) winners have only been included from the 1993/94 season onwards.
The Ceskoslovenský Pohár (Czechoslovak Cup) finals were played between the Ceský Pohár (Czech Cup) and Slovenský Pohár (Slovak Cup) winners.
