Team changes for 2015/16 season

* SK Slovan Varnsdorf finished second in the promotion race, but their stadium failed to meet the First Liga requirements. FC Fastav Zlín although finishing 4th were promoted in their place.

Czech domestic cup notes

The Ceský Pohár (Czech Cup) winners have only been included from the 1993/94 season onwards, when Czechoslovakia seperated and became Czech Republic & Slovakia. The Ceskoslovenský Pohár (Czechoslovak Cup) winners have been included prior to that.
