Koriopolis
Numerous teams and club owners were implicated in match fixing during the 2010/11 season.
ASK Olympiacos Volos and AO Kavala were initialy given 8 & 10 point deductions respectively for the 2011/12 season, but before the season started it was decided to relegate them. Consequently, initially, the season started with only 14 teams.
At the end of October the two relegated teams were replaced with Levadiakos and Doxa Dramas (who had finished 2nd & 3rd in the Super League play-offs).
