Team changes for 2015/16 season
* The Hungarian Football Federation rejected the 2015/16 NB I licences for Nyíregyháza Spartacus, Kecskeméti TE, Győri ETO and Pécsi MFC. Nyíregyháza Spartacus and Győri ETO were demoted to the NB III, while Kecskeméti TE and Pécsi MFC started the 2015/16 season in the Megye I local leagues.
