The play-off league comprises points gained during the normal season divided by 2, added to the points gained for the round-robin play-off league. The goal difference from the normal season will not be carried over.

Club Brugge KV, KAA Gent, RSC Anderlecht, KV Oostende, Racing Genk & SV Zulte Waregem qualified for the championship play-offs.
