The Pro League teams finishing in the top 6 go into a play-off league, to decide the championship. The play-off league is comprised of points gained during the normal season divided by 2, added to the points gained for the round-robin play-off league. The goal difference from the normal season will not be carried over.
RSC Anderlecht, Racing Genk, KAA Gent, Club Brugge, SC Lokeren & Royal Standard de Liège qualified for the championship play-offs.

2010/11 season Pro League promotion/relegation play-offs
The two bottom teams play a 5 match relegation play-off. The team in 16th plays 2 home games, while the team in 15th plays 3 home games and starts with a 3 point bonus. The loser is relegated, while the winner of the Second Division takes their place.
Charleroi SC are in the relegation play-offs and will be joined by KAS Eupen, who have the 3 point bonus. Charleroi SC lost the series and were automatically relegated.
* KAS Eupen won the above 5 game play-off, so go into another play-off round robin with the 2nd, 3rd & 4th teams in the Second Division. The winner of this will retain/gain the last promotion place.
