Liga II structure
The Liga II is split into two divisions called Serie 1 & Serie 2. The top 6 of each go into play-offs, the winner of each division play-off is promoted to Liga I.
Liga I play-offs
* The team finishing 12th in the Liga I, goes into a play-off with the winner of the runner up play-off between the Serie 1 & Serie 2 teams, for the remaining place in the Liga I.
