2006/07 season Serie A play-offs

* The teams finishing 3rd - 6th go into the play-offs for the final promotion place, unless there is a 10 point difference between 3rd and 4th, in which case 3rd place gets automatic promotion.

That is what happened for the 2006/07 season, so Genoa CFC were automatically promoted, with no play-off taking place.
