Notes on naming conventions
I've tried to be consistent with the names of teams on this page, but in some cases I've referred to them by their English rather than their native name. All the differences are listed below to help with any confusion or arguments that arise from this page.
- 1991: Hajduk Split are commonly referred to as HNK Hajduk or just Hajduk in Croatia.
- 1999: FC Zimbru are sometimes referred to as FC Zimbru Chişinău.
